Why do we work with parents & guardians?
Many young people draw inspiration and an understanding of work through the eyes of their parents and guardians. However, the world of work has changed drastically, and many parents feel ill-equipped to support their young people in understanding and choosing a career path.
Our parent and guardian workshops aim to provide the tools and confidence to engage in meaningful career conversations around the dinner table.
All of our workshops are aligned with the Australian Blueprint of Career Development and have also been Commended by the Career Development Association of Australia.
